Mouna Kayed has been a full-time, professional Realtor since 1997 specializing in the sales and marketing of high-end homes and investment properties throughout San Francisco, East Bay and the Peninsula.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Mouna Kayed was a Biochemist working for some of the most elite companies on the Peninsula. Mouna graduated from San Francisco State University majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry. She continued to pursue her Masters Degree in Business from Notre Dame College in Belmont. Her work experience even before she became a Realtor involved working in the Marketing Department and Quality Control to provide excellent service to clients.

Personal Information

Mouna and her family are firmly rooted in the Bay Area. She has two wonderful teenage sons. Her husband, Asad is in the loan and accounting business. He works with Preferred Mortgage in Millbrae, which is one of the most prestigious mortgage companies in the Peninsula as well as owning his own tax & bookkeeping business.

Between her knowledge in the Real Estate Business and her husband’s expertise in the areas of loans and financing, they both can be a wealth of knowledge and can provide their clients with a true understanding of the whole concept of buying and selling a home. This makes the process easy and stress free for their clients and allows them the opportunity to provide more effective and efficient service.

Mouna’s education and local knowledge has made her not only remarkably successful, but also a valuable source of information for not only home buyers and sellers, but other Realtors as well.

As successful as she is however, Mouna still finds time to enjoy life. She enjoys spending quality time with her children, family and friends; listening to music; and swimming.

In order to ensure that her clients receive the most complete service, Mouna is a member of two local Real Estate boards: The San Francisco Association of Realtors, and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors. Mouna is also the Chairwoman of the Education Committee of the San Mateo Board of Realtors. In addition, she is active with both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting Real Estate. Mouna holds yet another valuable membership as a PG&E Approved Realtor for the San Bruno Area.
