Mouna has been my Real Estate agent and consultant for over 20 years, you might ask why, and my simple answer is because she is the best. 21 years later, just had another transaction, and she really makes life so much easier. Every appointment I had about the duplex I bought, Mouna was always there even when she did not need to, she is simply on top of what she does. Again and again she made buying a property look so easy. She never hesitated to show me properties, she did the research and got me all info I needed, she made sure everything was smooth till the day I got my keys. But it did not stop there, I got a call the next day because Mouna wanted to guide me on how to deal with tenants, and she helped me in how to manage my property. Mouna is the best! 12 years ago she helped my now husband and I find our first home, a condo that was a great fit for us. Fast forward 12 years, we went back to Mouna, in the middle of a pandemic, eager to sell our condo and move into a larger single family home. It was no easy task! Not only was Mouna able to sell our condo she was able to find our dream home at the same time. She was patient with us and even took the time to play with our kids while we toured homes. We reached out to Mouna a few years ago when we were not fully ready to purchase. She took the time to explain to us (first time buyers) the complete process. We finally were ready two years later and reached out to Mouna again. She once again sat with us and explained everything, even more thorough the second time around. She filtered the vast choices out there and ensured she was not sending us any options that we could not afford. She listened to our wants and dislikes and after only two months and (3) offers we found the perfect home. Mouna did a great job assisting our search for a home. She took time to really understand what qualities would be in "the one". In fact, the second house she showed us ended up being the one that we fell in love with (though she had the patience to show us homes after finding it to help validate our decision). Mouna made herself available at all hours of the day and promptly addressed all of our questions. Fantastic realtor! She is an honest, patient, and very hardworking professional. It's very hard to find ethical yet deligent realtors anymore and she is one of the very few that are left. She stuck by our side and showed us house after house after house for a good 7 months before she sold us our home. I am a very hard person to work with, I can get annoying, I have tendancies to vent (especially when we were constantly up against 10 other offers on every house we liked), yet Mouna just listened to me, and at times consoled me. She is VERY knowledgable, and has 18+ years in the industry under her belt to prove it. She's seen market bubbles, recessions, and periods of high real estate market growth. She knows the Bay Area and it's market conditions so well that because of what she brought to the table during our appraisal, our house came back with an appraisal above our contract price. The process of buying a house is very emotional and very personal - especially for first time homebuyers and especially in the Peninsula. Mouna really invested herself in my husband and I for the long haul and never once pressured us into any decisions and never swayed us in any way. She even recommended a banker who we ended up using for our loan that, from experience, and shopping around, proved to be the BEST banker out there. You really cannot go wrong with Mouna. She is always there, always on time, and ready to deliver her best.

Mouna was SO patient, helpful, and determined to get me the place I wanted at a reasonable price. The condo I purchased was short-sale, so it was a lot of back and forth, negotiation, and BS on the part of the banks involved. But Mouna didn't rest until I had my place at a good price.
